I have a number of PCB jobs & looking for a long term PCB supplier.
I have some queries regarding the PCB Fabrication & Assembly. Following are my queries.
PCB FABRICATION AND ASSEMBLY

1. Please mention the List of Standards that you support for Commercial, Industrial & Militay Grade PCBs.
Give specific details of Military Grade Standards like IPC600-3. How do you ensure that a particular standard
is followed?

2. Please mention the List of Matetials that you support for PCB Fabrication.
Specifically mention if you support Material FR4?

3. Please mention the procedure to E-Test the PCBs. How do you ensure that PCBs are properly Etested?

4. How many maximum layers you support for PCB Fabrication.

5. What minimum Track Width you support for PCB Fabrication

6. What copper Thickness you support for PCB Fabrication

7. What minimum & maximum dimensions you support for a multi-layer PCB.

8. Please explain some of your Capabilites related to Assembly.
